Implementation of legal consolidation in JustPerform in compliance with IFRS, based on legal ownership and
control structures.
 Configured ownership models defining parent–subsidiary relationships, consolidation methods (Full, Equity,
Proportionate), and Non-Controlling Interest (NCI) calculations.
 Led trial balance data collection from ERP and flat-file sources, including legal adjustments and audit journals
with full traceability.
 Designed and implemented intercompany elimination logic for balances, revenues, expenses, and dividends
aligned to legal group structure.
 Automated period-end processes including P&L to Retained Earnings transfer, consolidation runs, and
generation of statutory consolidated financial statements.
 Supported external reporting requirements, enabling accurate and auditable Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow, and
Equity reporting.
 Created and maintained master data for entities, accounts, dimensions, and other consolidation structures.
 Designed and developed entity-level and group-level reports and dash boards covering P&L, Balance Sheet, and
Cash Flow reporting.
 Quality assurance and Testing: Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test proofs to validate
configurations against business requirements.
 UAT and Post Go Live support.
