Summary
As a Strategic/Project Resource, you will operate with high ownership and independence to provide
decision support for the Office of the CIO. You will act as a Team Leader, overseeing operational tasks
while focusing on the strategic implementation of the end-to-end AI tool lifecycle, from demand intake to
value realization. This role requires a proactive individual capable of navigating an evolving operating
model with high leadership visibility

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, Power Query, Data

Visualization).

Strong project management skills with the ability to work independently and

take initiative.

Demonstrated experience working with large datasets and transforming data

into meaningful insights.

Experience in leading teams and coordinating tasks between various

functions

Exposure to AI tools, governance, or automation (e.g., Power Automate).

Accountabilities

Project & Governance Management: Track AI tools across all lifecycle stages and support

governance efforts to minimize tool sprawl and control costs.

Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate tasks for a small team of project

administrators/associates to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Strategic Reporting: Develop and maintain executive-level status reports, metrics, and

dashboards to track technology adoption, consumption, and usage trends.

Process Improvement: Identify and support process improvements to reduce "time-to-value" and

assist in change management and adoption initiatives across ~65,000 users.

Data Analysis: Gather, cleanse, and analyze data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and

consistency in reporting technology value.

Stakeholder Management: Act as a central point of contact for strategic inquiries and present

findings/recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
