Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1.Handling of Product & Process Audit of Commercial Vehicle & Assembly Line ( TCF ).

1. Responsible for Outgoing Vehicle Quality level and monitoring the same through Daily work management.

1. Managing team of Inspectors & Auditors working in Shifts.

1. Root cause analysis of customer complaints , In-process defects and Line rejections.

1. Daily MIS generation for all Quality indicators , conducting meeting with stake holders and taking corrective actions.

1. Monitoring of actions & Escalating nonadherence of actions.

1. Monitoring of Process Capability through SPC & monitoring of R&R through MSA.

1. Standardization of all Process Parameters, SOP/SOS & updation of Control Plan & Check sheet.

1. Product & Process Improvement through Kaizen, Poka-yoke & Detection control (AI based ).

1. New Product introduction & EN management & Planning for all Quality evaluation.

1. Horizontal deployment & Lesson learnt preparation.
